Supports the people & culture function by delivering accurate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards. Responsible for automating reporting, validating HR data (including SuccessFactors), and generating insights to support leadership decisions while ensuring strong data quality and governance.
Responsibilities
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes with ownership of trial balance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements as per deadlines.
- Prepare all month end schedules and reconciliations.
- Involved in all accounting operations including, A/R, A/P & GL.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the finance manager / financial controller & client teams.
- Assist in training new staff.
Requirements
- Final level of CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA or degree holder in commerce, business management/ finance from a reputed university.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity of hands-on experience in finalization of monthly accounts.
- Working knowledge of accounting standards.
- Experience with reputed ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle and HFM is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability and willingness to work based on client calendar and working hours.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Age between 25-40.
