Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in outerwear pattern making or
2. Bachelor’s degree in apparel stream or a relevant diploma.
3. Proficiency in TukaTech pattern making software.
4. Strong understanding of fit, grading, and garment construction.
5. Ability to interpret technical packs and designer specifications.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and modify patterns for outerwear using TukaTech.
2. Ensure accurate fit, grading, and construction as per design requirements.
3. Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, technical teams, and production teams to refine patterns.
4. Conduct sample evaluations and make necessary pattern adjustments.
5. Maintain pattern accuracy and documentation for production.
