Responsibilities

1. Uphold and promote the company’s shared values.
2. Establish new customer service units (CSUs) while effectively maintaining existing ones.
3. Take full responsibility for all disbursed loans, including microfinance and others.
4. Conduct an optimal number of customer loan visits.
5. Adhere to and enforce all operational procedures and policies of the company.
6. Ensure customers are well-informed about loan and legal procedures.

Qualifications

1. Age between 20 and 35 years.
2. Over two years of experience in micro finance.
3. Possession of a valid driving license.
4. Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. School leavers (those who sat for GCE A/L) are encouraged to apply for the position of trainee executive investment.
7. Preferably a resident within close proximity to Chilaw.
