Cosmetics product developer

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and formulate innovative cosmetic products including skincare, haircare, body care, sun care, color cosmetics, and perfume.
2. Conduct literature and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Select and evaluate raw materials for efficacy, safety, and sustainability.
4. Perform stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to product launch.
7. Prepare technical documentation and formulation dossiers.

Requirements

1. B.Sc./M.Sc. in pharmacy, cosmetic science, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
2. 01 – 3 years of experience in cosmetic product development.
3. Strong knowledge of cosmetic raw materials, formulation, and testing.
4. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (SLS, ISO, EU, etc.).
5. Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
