Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join their team as an Assistant Manager / Executive – Business Development for the HORECA & General Trade sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, business development expertise, and a passion for driving sales growth within the FMCG industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities in HORECA and general trade channels.
- Ensure strong PR with all customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct promotional campaign and product promotion.
- Plan monthly volume target given by the company.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience in route-to-market operations.
- Experience in key account management is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in marketing, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
