We are on the lookout for an individual with excellent people skills to work in an exciting and modern food and beverage operation, delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Job scope & requirements
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Leading F&B team by giving training and appraising talented personnel to improve the productivity
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and complaints
- Oversee the bar and manage bartenders to ensure a high level of service and masterful drink preparation
- Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed correctly to prepare for the next day operations
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers
- Proven work experience as a food and beverage manager or similar role
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
