Competencies

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring in line with approved headcount.
2. Administer compliant and fair selection processes while supporting a smooth employee lifecycle, covering on-boarding, probation reviews, confirmations, salary increments, promotions, and off-boarding (resignations, retirements, terminations).
3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring proper documentation, data integrity, and strict confidentiality.
4. Prepare and issue HR documentation and handle employee requests (e.g., EPF/ETF, salary confirmations) promptly and professionally.
5. Support payroll activities, including salary reviews and payroll checking/validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
6. Generate HR reports and ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements, keeping policies and practices up to date.

Candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field, with 2 – 3 years of relevant HR experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Working knowledge of payroll processes, including payroll checking; hands-on experience is an advantage.
4. Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations.
5. Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently when required.
