Our team works closely together on-site and in the office to provide practical, reliable solutions for our clients.

Site supervisor

Job role: You will oversee daily site operations, supervise workers and ensure construction activities are carried out according to plans and safety standards.

Eligibility:

1. HND or diploma in civil engineering
2. Position requires working on-site
3. Good communication skills

Remuneration:

1. Salary: LKR 80,000 / month
2. Incentives based on performance

Assistant quantity surveyor

Job role: You will assist in preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, handling quantity take-offs and maintaining records for construction projects.

Eligibility:

1. HND in quantity surveying
2. Experience – minimum 1 year
3. Willingness to work on-site
4. Good communication skills

Remuneration:

1. Salary: LKR 70,000 / month
2. Incentives based on performance

Office executive

Job role: You will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, maintaining records and supporting smooth office operations. The role includes coordinating with staffs and clients.

Eligibility:

1. Diploma in business administration or a related field
2. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel etc.)
3. Good communication and organizational skills

Remuneration:

1. Salary: LKR 50,000 / month
2. Incentives based on performance
