Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist and support staff in daily office operations.
- Handle document collection and delivery promptly and securely.
- Maintain proper filing systems.
- Support coordination of meetings, logistics, and office activities.
- Assist in basic data entry and report preparation.
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and availability of supplies.
- Coordinate with external service providers when required.
Qualifications & requirements
- GCE A/L qualification.
- Age below 28 years.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
