This is a fully office-based role with no requirement to travel for client meetings.
Requirements to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/ customer support.
- Should be customer-centric and be able to solve problems with minimum supervision.
Job responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients to confirm renewals for company secretarial and related services.
- Prepare and share renewal quotations accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth renewal process.
- Update and manage client renewal records in the internal system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve renewal processes, enhance client experience, and manage work more efficiently.
