Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients and provide guidance on visa applications.
2. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of visa applications.
3. Be updated on frequent changes of visa requirements, documentation, and embassy procedures.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing (experience in a travel/tour company, embassy, or visa processing center would be an added advantage).
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Sound knowledge of computer literacy.
