What you’ll be doing
- Responsible to achieve the set KPIs in the respective territory (sales targets, numeric, etc.).
- Drive and support depot operations for respective territories.
- Drive PICOS in the respective territory.
- Customer relationships management within the territory by leveraging trade and consumer initiatives.
- Developing a “fit for fight” sales team with the ability to face competition and market demands.
- Provide quality inputs / market insights to support management decision making.
What are we looking for?
- Possess 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a field sales role.
- A thorough understanding of the FMCG/ Alco-bev industry would be an added advantage.
- A diploma in sales or marketing (not mandatory).
- Working knowledge in Microsoft packages.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience managing teams will be an added advantage.
- A challenger mentality with the ability to think asymmetrically and challenge in the market.
- Mobility and flexibility to work from any location around the country.
