Junior executive – operations

Key responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily operational activities with site, planning, and internal teams.
  2. Monitor utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to support project execution.
  3. Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, tracking progress and identifying delays.
  4. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and departments to ensure timely task completion.
  5. Prepare operational reports, minutes of meetings (MOM), and maintain accurate project documentation.

Key requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (secretarial/office management qualification is an advantage).
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or construction project environments.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with good coordination ability.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information professionally.
