Junior executive – operations

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities with site, planning, and internal teams.
- Monitor utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to support project execution.
- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, tracking progress and identifying delays.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and departments to ensure timely task completion.
- Prepare operational reports, minutes of meetings (MOM), and maintain accurate project documentation.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (secretarial/office management qualification is an advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or construction project environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good coordination ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information professionally.
