Maintenance Executive

Key responsibilities

1. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and utilities.
2. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or utility-related issues.
3. Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
4. Maintain maintenance schedules, logs, and reports.
5. Supervise technicians and external contractors during maintenance activities.
6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
7. Manage spare parts inventory and raise requisitions as required.
8. Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
9. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
10. Ensure proper upkeep of facilities, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and utilities.

Qualifications & experience

1. BSc engineering, NDT, HDDE (mechanical)
2. 2–5 years of experience in maintenance (manufacturing/industrial setup preferred)
3. Strong communication skills
4. Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
