Sales Executive

Insync Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a growing provider of industrial safety and PPE solutions in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven sales executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities
2. Manage existing clients and build strong relationships
3. Visit customer sites and recommend suitable safety solutions (PPE, industrial products)
4. Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
5. Handle tenders and coordinate with clients on requirements

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (industrial/safety products preferred)
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to identify leads and close deals
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office
5. Valid driving license
