Executive – Administration

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Executive – Administration.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
- Assist with quotation processing, invoice handling, and coordination with vendors and service providers
- Support the planning and execution of office events and staff functions
- Maintain accurate administrative records and support internal communications
- Support facility management, utility payments, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
Qualifications & experience
- G.C.E. A/L or higher qualification; a qualification in administration, management, or a related field is an added advantage
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or facilities coordination will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good digital literacy; basic AI tool usage will be an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Candidates residing in Colombo or nearby areas will have an added advantage
