The role

1. Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the condominium, ensuring full compliance with Management Council directives, condominium by-laws and statutory regulations.
2. Maintaining professional and proactive engagement with residents and apartment owners, fostering a positive community environment through effective communication and service delivery.
3. Ensuring that all operational and administrative activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Leading and supervising on-site operational teams and service providers, ensuring that maintenance standards, safety protocols and service quality are maintained at the highest level.

The ideal candidate

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in condominium or residential property management.
2. A confident and capable leader with strong team management, coaching and motivational skills.
3. Ability to engage effectively with high-profile apartment owners and residents, demonstrating professionalism, diplomacy and sound judgment in resolving operational matters.
4. Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
5. Sound knowledge of MEP systems and building services is essential.
6. Excellent communication skills in English and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
7. Preferred age below 55 years.
