About the company

We are a leading manufacturing company located in Ja-Ela, specializing in delivering high-quality products to the market. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented stores executive to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our stores and inventory operations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
  2. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and dispatch finished goods.
  3. Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
  4. Ensure proper storage conditions and labeling for materials.
  5. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
  6. Prepare inventory reports and submit to management.
  7. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in the store area.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, or similar qualification.
  2. Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
  3. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  4. Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; additional training in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
