A reputed hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR department.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  2. Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  3. Oversee employee training, development, and performance management.
  4. Manage disciplinary procedures and maintain accurate HR records.
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital policies.
  6. Promote a positive, high-performing work culture.

Qualifications & experience

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (CIPM/PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.)
  2. Over 5 years of proven experience within the healthcare sector.
  3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
