A reputed hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR department.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee training, development, and performance management.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and maintain accurate HR records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital policies.
- Promote a positive, high-performing work culture.
Qualifications & experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (CIPM/PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.)
- Over 5 years of proven experience within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
