Finance Executive

Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer collections and outstanding payment follow-ups
  2. Maintain collection records and customer account reconciliations
  3. Coordinate procurement activities and supplier communications
  4. Follow up on shipment and import clearance processes
  5. Coordinate with clearing agents and relevant stakeholders
  6. Maintain finance, procurement, and shipment-related documentation

Requirements:

  1. Qualification in finance / accounting or related field
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar capacity
  3. Hands-on experience in QuickBooks (QB) and ERP systems
  4. Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  5. Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Procurement & Logistics Executive

Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle end-to-end import shipment processes
  2. Manage procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers based on company requirements
  3. Coordinate with clearing agents and customs authorities for timely clearance of goods
  4. Manage all Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka related documentation, submissions and approvals for imports and exports
  5. Liaise with foreign suppliers for shipment arrangements, pricing, and documentation
  6. Maintain and monitor inventory related to incoming goods and procurement items
  7. Prepare import documentation including GRNs, invoices, and clearance files
  8. Track shipment progress and resolve delays with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  1. Qualification in supply chain / logistics / business management or related field
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, import, logistics, or clearance operations
  3. Experience in BOI-related procedures will be an added advantage
  4. Strong negotiation, coordination and communication skills
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
