Cashier cum GRO (Guest Relation Officer)

We are looking for a cashier to join our team at 80 Club of Colombo. If you have experience in handling cash and customer service in the hospitality industry, we invite you to apply!

Key responsibilities

1. Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
2. Maintain proper billing and invoicing records.
3. Ensure cash float and daily reconciliations are accurate.
4. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
5. Work closely with the F&B and accounts team for smooth operations.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2. Knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
4. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
