Qualifying criteria

1. Passed G.C.E. O/L and/or A/L examination.
2. Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the general insurance industry.
3. Completion of the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC) from the Sri Lanka Insurance Institute (SLII) will be considered an added advantage.
4. Completion of the Professional Certificate in Marketing (PCM) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) will also be considered an added advantage.
5. Experience in insurance (motor / fire) is an added advantage.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Computer literacy is essential (MS Office – MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Drive & Google Drive).
8. Age between 23 – 30 years.
