Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to manage customer communications and support the daily operations of our passenger transport fleet. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, provide accurate information to passengers, coordinate with drivers and operations teams, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  2. Provide passengers with transport schedules, routes, booking details, and service updates.
  3. Coordinate with drivers and fleet operations regarding passenger requests and delays.
  4. Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions and feedback.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  6. Communicate service disruptions, delays, or emergency updates to passengers.
  7. Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in customer service, call center, transport, or operations coordination preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  5. Basic computer literacy and telephone etiquette.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.

Preferred skills

  1. Experience in passenger transport or logistics industry.
  2. Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage customer concerns professionally.
