Medical billers (remote – Sri Lanka)

We are hiring experienced AR follow-up medical billers to join our US healthcare revenue cycle management team. The role is remote (work from home) and requires 2–5 years of experience in US medical billing, particularly AR follow-up and denial management.

Responsibilities

1. Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
2. Resolve denied or underpaid claims
3. Communicate with insurance payers
4. Correct, resubmit, and appeal claims to maximize revenue recovery

Preferred skills

Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, US payer guidelines, insurance portals, and billing software, with strong analytical and English communication skills.

Requirements

1. 2–5 years US medical billing experience
2. Personal computer/laptop
3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
