Finance manager – Pepiliyana

We are seeking a CA/CIMA qualified finance manager to oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring leadership has the right numbers at the right time for effective decision-making.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee the full finance and accounting operations.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
4. Manage cash flow, financial planning and cost controls.
5. Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
6. Supervise and develop the finance team.

Requirements

1. Fully/partly qualified in CA Sri Lanka / ACCA / CIMA or degree in finance/accounting.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and budgeting.
4. Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
