Marketing Executive

Role description

This is a full-time on-site role for a telemarketer at Capital Trust Holdings Limited in Colombo. As a telemarketer, your day-to-day tasks will involve using your excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to schedule appointments and conduct sales calls. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services over the phone, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and persuasive approach to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to customers.

Qualifications

1. Interpersonal skills: ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients
2. Appointment scheduling: experience in organizing and managing appointments effectively
3. Communication: strong verbal communication skills to engage customers over the phone
4. Customer service: attention to detail and ability to follow up
5. Sales: proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals
6. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and confidence during phone interactions
7. Knowledge of financial products and investment strategies is a plus

Requirements

1. Need to be computer literate on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and emailing.
2. Outgoing, pleasing personality, positive attitude with engaging conversational abilities.
3. Fluent communication skills in English and Sinhala and / or Tamil.
4. Prior experience in call center or in tele sales or in sales would be an added advantage.

Remunerations
