Candidate profile

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or professional qualification in sales & marketing (e.g., CIM/SLIM or equivalent).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Good command of English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
4. Basic IT skills (MS Office, email, internet).
5. Male candidates preferred.
6. Motorbike is essential (fuel/maintenance allowance will be provided).
7. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
8. Pleasant personality with strong presentation skills.

Job responsibilities

1. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by:
2. Following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
3. Supporting client pitches and product presentations
4. Helping generate referral business through existing clients
5. Assisting in managing and developing dealer networks
6. Support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
7. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
8. Act as a point of contact for customers (in-person and via phone/email).
9. Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.
