Night Shift Executive

We are seeking a responsible and motivated executive – night shift – to oversee operations during overnight hours and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate night shift staff.
2. Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
3. Handle customer or operational issues efficiently.
4. Prepare shift reports and communicate with the management.
5. Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of team members.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Good organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Flexibility to handle urgent situations calmly.

Qualifications

1. A minimum qualification of a diploma in any field is required for all applicants.
