Junior Merchandiser

A leading 100% shirts manufacturing company is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Create purchase orders (POs) for bulk production.
2. Coordinate with fabric and trims stores to ensure material availability.
3. Cross-check bulk samples and tech packs (TPs) for accuracy.
4. Follow up with customers when required to ensure smooth communication.
5. Handle shrinkage sample packages and coordinate with relevant departments.
6. Update and monitor workflow and order status regularly.

Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in apparel / textile / merchandising or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Good knowledge of garment merchandising processes.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
