Sales Supervisor

Inloop Pvt Ltd, a proud part of Phoenix Industries Ltd, is expanding! We’re looking for a talented sales supervisor to drive growth in the polythene industry to join our team in Welisara and play a key role in our ongoing transformation.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports to the management team on a daily and weekly basis, providing valuable insights into sales performance.
2. Act as a crucial link between the factory operations and our valued customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
3. Nurture and strengthen relationships with our existing customer network, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
4. Cultivate and expand a consistent customer base through proactive sales efforts on a daily basis.
5. Collaborate actively with customers and the factory team in the development of new and existing products, ensuring alignment with market needs and production capabilities.

Requirements

1. Successful completion of GCE Advanced Level (A/L) examinations.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience in a similar supervisory role within the polythene or poly films industry.
3. Age between 30 and 40 years.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
5. Must possess own vehicle for transportation.
