Singer Mega Showroom Manager (Executive Retail Manager)

The position holder will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, leading and motivating a team to achieve targets, ensuring that excellent customer service standards are always maintained, and ensuring that the store complies with all administrative guidelines.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store
2. Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained
3. Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
4. Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products
5. Train shop assistants on product knowledge and customer handling
6. Inspect all areas of the store and proactively resolve any issues

Requirements

1. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role ideally in the consumer durable retailing industry
2. Professional qualification in sales or marketing will be an advantage
3. Possess effective leadership & team management skills
4. Effective communication skills. Strong extra-curricular activity record
5. Overseas retail experience will be an added advantage
