Alumni & Marketing Coordinator

Dreamron College of Art & Beauty, a premier institution in the beauty and cosmetology industry in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Alumni & Marketing Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni locally and internationally
2. Plan and execute alumni engagement programs, events, and networking initiatives
3. Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote courses and institutional activities
4. Manage social media platforms and digital marketing efforts
5. Support student recruitment and promotional activities
6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

1. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, coordination, or a similar role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organizational and event management abilities
4. Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools
5. Creative, self-motivated, and target-oriented
