Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities & markets to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction & retention.
- Manage & lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching & support.
- Execute and manage sales & outlet-level marketing campaigns & NPD’s.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance & market insights reports.
Requirements
- 05- 10 years experience in the field (understanding of geography preferred with experience in the FMCG sector).
- Minimum completes on AL.
- A graduate or professional qualification in SLIM /CIM would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English.
- Strong management skills & team-handling ability.
- Strong analytical & negotiation skills.
- Age below 45 years.
- Based at Colombo.
