Responsibilities

  1. Pipeline. Build and aggressively work a corporate sales pipeline across mid-market and large enterprises.
  2. Relationships. Cultivate trust with HR leaders, EAs, mobility managers, and decision-makers.
  3. Execution. Convert leads. Negotiate. Close. Iterate. Own your numbers.
  4. Intelligence. Feed market insights back — what corporates need, where competitors are winning.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years in corporate sales with a verifiable track record selling into Sri Lankan mid- and large-scale companies.
  2. Network. An active, warm book of HRs, PAs, secretaries, and corporate decision-makers.
  3. Edge. Experience with expats in Sri Lanka, expat-owned businesses, and/or the IT sector.
  4. Hustle. Pipeline-from-scratch grit; targets-driven; evenings & weekends when the deal demands it.
  5. Age. 45 or below.
