Specification engineer

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or waterproofing industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Bachelor’s degree in civil or NDT, HND.

Key responsibilities

1. Promoting and selling our range of waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, and admixtures to contractors, architects, engineers, and developers.
2. Developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
3. Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our products.
4. Providing technical support and guidance to customers on product selection and usage.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
