Sales & Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee and grow bookings across our three properties under the “Cozy Villas” brand. If you are energetic, organised, and know how to turn inquiries into revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences, this role is for you.

Your role

1. Handle all bookings – including OTA platforms Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia
2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital + on-ground)
3. Work with travel agents and expand sales channels
4. Monitor competitors and set seasonal pricing strategies
5. Smooth coordination & operation with villa staff ensuring excellent guest experience.
6. Maintain booking calendars, invoices, and payment tracking
7. Oversee property monitoring and upkeep
8. Manage website and social media platforms with contracted vendors

What we’re looking for

1. Experience in sales, hospitality, or villa/hotel management
2. Strong communication and closing skills
3. Highly organised and detail-oriented
4. Ability to manage multiple platforms and respond fast
5. Self-driven with a focus on increasing occupancy and revenue

Salary & incentives

Base salary: LKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience)

Additional incentive payments (performance-based)

High performers can earn significantly above base salary
