About the company

Tastyy Pvt Ltd, a leading food import company specialized in premium products sourced from top international brands, is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling employee relations, and supporting management in building a productive and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
2. Help organise and execute employee engagement activities and events.
3. Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and legal files.
4. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
5. Participate in HR projects and other initiatives as assigned.
6. Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred), Business management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or coordination roles.
3. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
