Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
2. Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
5. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
6. Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
7. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle major client concerns effectively.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager is a must.
3. Experience in Automotive or FMCG industry is required.
4. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and business development.
5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
5. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software is an advantage).
