Post of trainee – sales & marketing

Responsibilities

  1. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a result driven approach to work
  2. Promote and sell vehicles to potential customers
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  4. Identify new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations

Successful applicant’s profile

  1. Partly or fully qualified in marketing / management or a related field
  2. Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English
  3. Passion for sales and willingness to learn
  4. Self-motivated and energetic personality
  5. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  6. Identify and develop new sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets

Post of junior executive / sales officer

Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  2. Conduct follow-ups on inquiries, leads, and potential clients in a timely manner
  3. Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately
  5. Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  6. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and market trends
  8. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
  9. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
  10. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management
  11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations

Successful applicant’s profile

  1. Partly or fully qualified in marketing / management or a related field
  2. Strong communication skills in Sinhala, English & Tamil (ability to speak in Tamil will be added advantage)
  3. Proven experience in sales (preferably in vehicle sales or a related field)
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  5. Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  6. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  7. Good knowledge of MS Office applications
