Required skills & requirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication (fluent in English)
- Strong sales, operational & organisational skills
- Experience in management or recruitment is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, AI)
- Prior call centre experience is an advantage
- Early morning shifts (from 3.30 am or 4.30 am)
- Willing to work from our custom built Panadura office after training (accommodation can be provided at a subsidised cost)
- Full training provided
Key responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries and appointment bookings via phone, email and social media
- Follow up with patients and business leads
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain and update social media accounts
- Coordinate with medical centres to promote and offer our services
