Required skills & requirements

  1. Excellent written & verbal communication (fluent in English)
  2. Strong sales, operational & organisational skills
  3. Experience in management or recruitment is an advantage
  4. Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
  5. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, AI)
  6. Prior call centre experience is an advantage
  7. Early morning shifts (from 3.30 am or 4.30 am)
  8. Willing to work from our custom built Panadura office after training (accommodation can be provided at a subsidised cost)
  9. Full training provided

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle patient enquiries and appointment bookings via phone, email and social media
  2. Follow up with patients and business leads
  3. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
  4. Maintain and update social media accounts
  5. Coordinate with medical centres to promote and offer our services
