Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing supply chain operations
  2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
  3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
  4. Support procurement processes and cost optimization initiatives
  5. Ensure smooth logistics and distribution operations
  6. Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently
  7. Monitor and support fleet management activities
  8. Analyse supply chain performance and prepare reports
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  10. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  11. Support employee recruitment activities

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  2. Must possess 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement fields
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Good communication and negotiation skills
  5. Proficiency in MS office and ERP systems (preferred)
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Strong organizational and teamwork skills
