Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing supply chain operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Support procurement processes and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure smooth logistics and distribution operations
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently
- Monitor and support fleet management activities
- Analyse supply chain performance and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Support employee recruitment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Must possess 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS office and ERP systems (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
