Assistant manager – finance (male / female) qualification and experience

1. ACCA/CIMA / ICA(SL) fully qualified with minimum 7 years in the field of finance and accountancy, out of which 03 years in managerial experience.
2. OR
3. ACCA/CIMA/ICA(SL) partially qualified with minimum 15 years in the field of finance and accountancy, out of which minimum 05 years in managerial experience.
4. Hands-on experience in Quick Book Accounting software and adapting to online systems.
5. Experience in preparing monthly financial reports.
6. Planning, forecasting & management of financial control of transactions.
7. Cash control, cash flow forecasting & monitoring, coordination and submission of financial accounts, audits, and the annual business plan.
8. Knowledge in salary preparation, payments, and returns.
9. Knowledge in accounting standards and taxation.
10. Be fluent in Sinhala & English.
11. Age between 35 – 50 years.

Finance executive – (male / female) qualification and experience

1. Partially qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICA(SL) with 03 years experience.
2. OR
3. AAT fully qualified with 05 years experience.
4. Hands-on experience in Quick Book Accounting software and adapting to online systems.
5. Experience in preparing bank reconciliation.
6. Knowledge in preparing monthly accounts.
7. Hands-on experience in stocks issuing, stocks controlling, preparing in-hand stock reports and reports related to stocks.
8. Knowledge in raising and having a track in POs, payments to suppliers and on-time reporting required in the operation.
9. Knowledge in handling debtors and aging of outstanding with frequent follow-up and reporting to higher management.
10. Coordination with auditors with regard to audit and quarterly tax payments.
11. MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, computerized accounting/ERP software user experience is also mandatory. A technical test will be held to rate the experience/knowledge.
12. Age between 26 – 40 years.

Remuneration will be based on relevant qualifications and experience.
