Assistant Manager – Procurement / Food & Beverage (F&B)
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement of F&B items and vendor relationships
- Ensure timely stock availability and cost control
- Oversee daily F&B operations and maintain hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and ensure proper stock handling
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B team
- Handle customer concerns and support operational excellence
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in F&B operations/procurement
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
