Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, Sri Lanka’s leading manufacturer of premium porcelain tableware, is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Executive – Learning & Development to spearhead the company’s talent development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the learning & development function, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee capability and performance.
- Partner with senior management to identify skill gaps and drive leadership development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives to ensure sustainable impact.
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in learning & development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, leadership development, organizational learning strategies and the ability to deliver training sessions in sinhala and english.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in human resource management, organizational development, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate/professional qualification in HRM, OD or related discipline will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
