Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales

About the company

We are an ISO certified company engaged in manufacturing high quality electrical products, lighting and cable management systems for over 45 years. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to be a part of our team to take over the challenges of the following position to enhance local corporate customer base while directing & supervising corporate sales operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Achieve the corporate & projects sales targets to achieve the organizational objectives
2. Ability to interact and influence multiple sale channels
3. Ability to manage and track lead generation
4. Finding and winning new construction projects
5. Ability to forecast weekly/monthly sales targets
6. Follow the organization’s guidelines and compliances successfully

Key requirements

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position and preference will be given candidate who has work experience in PVC/ electrical accessories industry.
2. Full/part qualification in CIM/SLIM would be a distinct advantage
3. Excellent team leadership and people management skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. High degree of analytical and conceptualization skills
6. Male age above 35 years
