Requirements

1. Fluent in Sinhala & English (spoken & written)
2. Proven experience in restaurant management
3. Strong leadership & team management skills
4. Ability to manage daily operations efficiently
5. Excellent customer service & communication
6. Must be willing to work in Ganemulla

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations
2. Manage and supervise staff
3. Ensure high standards of food quality & service
4. Handle customer inquiries professionally
5. Maintain inventory & coordinate with suppliers
