Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our showroom team. The main responsibility will be handling hotline inquiries and supporting sales activities in the showroom. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and wants to grow in sales and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage hotline calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Provide product information and basic guidance to customers
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into showroom visits
- Support walk-in customers in the showroom
- Assist the sales team with quotations and basic documentation
- Maintain customer records and update lead details
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead updates
- Support minor business development activities when required (such as exhibitions, offline activities etc)
Requirements
- GCE O/L or A/L qualification
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email)
- Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
