Customer Support Executive

Job summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our showroom team. The main responsibility will be handling hotline inquiries and supporting sales activities in the showroom. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and wants to grow in sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

  1. Answer and manage hotline calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
  2. Provide product information and basic guidance to customers
  3. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into showroom visits
  4. Support walk-in customers in the showroom
  5. Assist the sales team with quotations and basic documentation
  6. Maintain customer records and update lead details
  7. Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead updates
  8. Support minor business development activities when required (such as exhibitions, offline activities etc)

Requirements

  1. GCE O/L or A/L qualification
  2. Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
  3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email)
  4. Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude
  5. Willingness to learn and grow in sales

Experience

  1. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not mandatory
