Key responsibilities

1. Preparation of interim payment applications and final accounts, and follow-up on payment certifications.
2. Conducting site visits, taking-off measurements, and performing quantity calculations.
3. Preparation of cost claims and variations.
4. Project cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
5. Preparation of subcontract agreements, including evaluation and certification of subcontractors’ payments.
6. Maintaining proper documentation and records related to contracts and payments.

Required qualifications

1. Minimum NCT, HND, or bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying.
2. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
3. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Sinhala.
4. Previous experience in similar work related to fire protection and fire detection projects.
5. Experience in LP gas systems will be an added advantage.
