The CEO provides strategic leadership for EAP Films & Theatres, overseeing film content acquisition, theatre operations, and digital transformation to drive growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities & roles
- Full P&L (profit and loss) accountability, including budget forecasting, cost control across venues, and maximizing revenue through dynamic pricing.
- Developing long-term expansion plans and leading the company’s digital transformation to modernize the cinema-going experience.
- Overseeing film acquisition and licensing while ensuring all theaters maintain elite standards in customer service, safety, and cleanliness.
Required qualifications, skills & experiences
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- A minimum of 15 years of high-level experience in marketing and administration.
- Advanced skills in leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and high-stakes negotiation.
