Requirements

1. Perfect communication and negotiation skills, providing clients with value for money.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules timelines.
3. Strong leadership, manage labours.
4. Familiar with MS Projects.
5. Familiar with AutoCAD software.
6. Valid motor cycle riding & driving license.

Qualified with a technical college certificate or relevant certificate from accredited internationally recognized institution of equality technical college / university.

1. Minimum 2 years experience – except trainees.
2. Excellent communication skills, both oral & written displays original thinking & creativity, presents ideas and information in a manner that other’s attention.
3. Takes initiative & has good planning with organization skills.
4. Preferably below 40 years in age with pleasing personality.
